[08-08-2021] Gray County, TX – Two killed, Three Others Hurt After a Multi-Vehicle Collision near Pampa

Two people were killed while three others were seriously injured after a multi-vehicle crash west of Pampa on Sunday afternoon, August 8.

According to the initial reports from local authorities, the accident transpired at approximately 5:00 p.m. about two miles west of Pampa. One vehicle and three motorcycles were involved in the collision. An eastbound 2009 Chevrolet Avalanche was traveling on SH 152 when it suddenly crossed the center stripe and entered the wrong side of the road.

The Avalanche then crashed into a 2020 Harley Davidson motorcycle, a 2005 Harley Davidson, and another 2020 Harley Davidson heading west.
59-year-old Kevin Anderson, who was riding the 2020 Harley Davidson motorcycle, was pronounced dead at the scene. Meanwhile, 48-year-old Greg R., who was riding the 2005 Harley Davidson, was taken to an area hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

The driver of the Avalanche, who was identified as 45-year-old Trishelle M., sustained serious injuries and was rushed to Pampa Regional Medical Center. The Texas Highway Patrol is currently investigating the cause of the collision.
