[09-05-2021] Harris County, TX – Pedestrian Accident on Sheldon Road Results in One Death

One unidentified man was killed after a deadly pedestrian accident on Sheldon Road on Sunday morning, September 5.

The crash transpired at approximately 3:00 a.m. in the 6500 block of Sheldon Road between Wellsville Road and Miller Road 1. The victim was reportedly walking along the road when a passing vehicle suddenly struck him.

The circumstances leading up to the accident have not been established. Unfortunately, the unidentified pedestrian sustained fatal injuries in the crash. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver that struck the man remained at the scene and willingly cooperated with authorities. Intoxication was not considered a factor in the crash. Local authorities are further investigating the accident.
