DAVID J. EBENHACK

Trial attorney David J. Ebenhack, Esq., Earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego and later earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, which he attended on a merit scholarship and was an enthusiastic participant in the mock court.

Throughout law school, David interned at the District Attorney’s Office in the Department of Preliminary Hearings, where he skillfully conducted a wide range of preliminary hearings.

After law school, David took a position with an attorney’s firm specializing in business litigation and art scene law. Here, he was an integral member of his respected litigation department, participating in the resolution of many high-value cases.

Thereafter, David spent six years at a personal injury firm that specializes in car accidents, wrongful death, private property liability, trip accidents, falls, and traumatic brain injuries.

In his role, David assumed considerable responsibilities, including interviewing clients, handling pre-litigation matters such as lawsuits, negotiations and other communications with insurance adjusters, filing complaints and litigation, including discovery, discovery motions. , motions for summary judgment, preparation of trial and statements of expert and non-expert witnesses. During his time at the firm, David served as vice president on numerous trials for successful high-value cases.

In addition to being an active member of CAALA, David is an avid fan of sports that he enjoys, such as long distance running, marathons and 10K races all year round.
