Three valet employees were killed by speeding in a private parking lot in the Galleria area Friday night, October 1.

The unfortunate event happened at about 10:30 p.m. on Fairdale Lane near Fountainview Drive. In a private parking lot in the Galleria area, a sergeant on duty noticed a vehicle doing “donuts,” or drifting in circles.
The vehicle began heading eastbound on Fairdale a short time later. The sergeant activated his emergency lights in an attempt to stop the driver, but the vehicle drove away within seconds.
The 17-year-old driver is suspected of doing “donuts” in a parking lot before crashing into and killing Fnan M., Nick R., and Eric O., all of whom were 18-22 years old. Three counts of murder and one count of aggravated assault have been filed against the a young driver.
