A 30-year-old woman died, and two children, ages 10 and 12, were injured as a result of a collision on Stemmons Freeway on Thursday, November 4, 2021.

The tragic crash happened around 8:00 a.m. on southbound Interstate 35E, according to the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office.
The woman made an unsafe lane change to get to the Woodall Rodgers ramp, hit a barrier, and then was clipped by a pickup truck.
The driver of the pickup truck was reportedly uninjured and was eventually released after being interviewed by the officials.
Detectives have yet to disclose the identities of the victims and the pickup truck driver. The crash remains under investigation.
