One unidentified person on Sherwood Way was injured on Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 25, 2021.
The accident happened on a Thursday afternoon on Sherwood Way at Oxford.
Officer Welch from San Angelo Police Department Traffic Division stated a dark blue Mercedes Benz SUV was westbound on Sherwood Way approaching the intersection while a white Dodge Ram pickup was northbound on Oxford.
The investigation into the cause of the accident is ongoing since both drivers claimed to have green lights according to Officer Welch.
An occupant in the Mercedes was immediately rushed to the hospital. The details of the person’s injuries have yet to be disclosed.
Local authorities are still investigating the crash.
