One man received life-threatening injuries after getting struck by a vehicle in east Austin on Saturday afternoon, December 11, 2021.

The auto-pedestrian collision occurred just before 3:30 p.m. in the area of Oak Springs Drive and Airport Boulevard.
According to preliminary information, the adult male victim was rushed to Dell Seaton Medical Center in critical condition when first responders arrived.
It’s unclear whether the involved driver stayed at the accident scene or not.
The identity of the injured pedestrian has yet to be disclosed. There are no other details available.
The crash remains under investigation.
