Fatal Multi-Vehicle Collision Statistics
In Texas, a car accident can happen to anyone at any time. Numerous people have been killed in car accidents in Texas’s densely populated cities like Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio.
Texas is the world’s most populous and largest state in terms of road length. Some of the country’s busiest highways are located here. Traffic accidents have claimed the lives of more than 3,500 people and left 246,000 others injured in Texas. These roads have been the scene of a fatal multi-vehicle collision.
At least three cars are involved in a multi-vehicle collision. A “chain reaction” occurs when one vehicle collides with another, causing that vehicle to crash with the following one.
Harris County Car Accident Lawyer for Victims of Fatal Multi-Vehicle Crash
People who have lost loved ones in a multi-vehicle accident find it difficult to deal with the grief and anger that accompanies it. A wrongful death lawsuit can be filed by the victim’s family while the official investigation is still underway.
Resolving an automobile accident can be very expensive in the long run. On the other hand, you shouldn’t have to pay for someone else’s mistakes. Unfortunately, insurance companies routinely undervalue claimants’ cases. As a result, hiring an experienced attorney is highly recommended.
Attorneys can cover medical expenses, funeral costs, the victim’s family’s grief and suffering, the money that a deceased person would have earned during their lifetime, and the loss of companionship due to the death.
