One unidentified person was injured due to a collision between a freight train and an 18-wheeler in College Station on Monday, December 13, 2021.
The crash happened around 8:00 a.m. in the area of South Dowling Road crossing.
The truck driver was injured but not incapacitated. He was awake and taken to a nearby hospital.
Crews from Union Pacific are still on the scene, removing the truck and repairing the damage to the crossing.
Local authorities are still investigating the crash.
