According to San Antonio police, one man was killed in a fatal pedestrian accident on a West Side highway on Thursday, January 6, 2022.
The collision occurred around 10:00 p.m. across the eastbound lanes of Loop 410 near Culebra Road.
According to authorities, the man was apparently running across the eastbound lanes of Loop 410 near Culebra Road when he was hit.
The man died before being transported to a hospital.
He has yet to be identified by the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office.
According to officers on the scene, neither driver appeared to be intoxicated, and the fatal collision appeared to be an accident.
