Emergency workers were summoned to a two-vehicle crash north of Idalou involving a bus and a pickup truck on Wednesday, January 19, 2022.
The collision happened around 10:15 a.m. at the intersection of North Farm-to-Market Road 400 and East County Road 5900.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the bus driver failed to yield the right of way at the junction and moved out in front of the truck.
The pickup truck driver sustained minor injuries and was sent to University Medical Center in Lubbock.
The bus driver was not hurt, according to DPS. The crash remains under investigation.
