The multi-vehicle crash occurred on a Monday morning on U.S. 54 south at Kenworthy.
All southbound lanes were reopened at 8:00 a.m.
According to an emergency dispatcher, the accident involved three vehicles and was caused by a wrong-way driver.
There were no injuries reported.
The Texas Department of Transportation crews were on the scene cleaning up the wreckage.
There are no other details available.
Local authorities are still investigating the crash.
