According to first responders, one person was killed in a crash on State Highway 136 on Thursday afternoon, February 10, 2022.
Sergeant Cindy Barkley of the Texas Department of Public Safety said the fatal two-vehicle crash occurred at 3:35 p.m. at State Highway 136 near Asarco Plant.
The crash reportedly involved two SUVs.
One person was killed, and two others were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
The fatal crash remains under investigation.
