When a loved one dies in a multi-car collision, many people struggle to cope with their grief and anger. The victim’s family can file a wrongful death lawsuit while the investigation is ongoing.
Repairing a car after one has been in an accident is expensive. As a victim of someone else’s negligence, you should not be held financially liable for their actions. It is unfortunate that insurance companies routinely undervalue claimants’ losses. The best course of action would be to seek the advice of a seasoned attorney.
Depending on the circumstances, an attorney may be able to pay for everything from medical bills to funeral expenses, as well as for the victim’s family’s suffering and the money the deceased would have earned during their lifetime.
Our Jefferson County car accident lawyers at Arash Law have recovered millions of dollars for car accident victims and the families of the victims who died as a result of the negligence of others.
