[06-22-2022] McLennan County, TX – Multi-Vehicle Crash Injured One Person on Highway 84

According to DPS, a driver winds up in the hospital after a multi-vehicle collision on Bellmead Wednesday, June 22, 2022.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers, the multi-vehicle crash occurred at approximately 8:00 a.m. on Highway 84 westbound.

This was near Boys Ranch Road, east of Bellmead.

The construction on the road caused traffic to slow down. A westbound Chevrolet Silverado struck three of them in an attempt to pass the slow-moving vehicles.

The Chevrolet’s driver was taken to Baylor Scott and White in Waco for non-life-threatening medical treatment. There were no other reported injuries.

This inquiry is still active and still going on.
