Mr. Beecher understands these “games” that insurance companies use as an excuse to deny benefits, and he is adept at both the legal and medical aspects of brain injury in order to combat the “illegal” doctors that insurance companies use. They employ insurance to try to evade taking responsibility for damages. Mr. Beecher knows how to diagnose brain injuries through objective evidence (tests that cannot be falsified, such as DT MRI, videonystagmography / VNG, and PET scan).

Mr. Beecher also knows that brain injuries affect every aspect of a person’s life. Even mild traumatic brain injuries can (and do more often) cause severe changes in behavior, emotions, cognitive abilities, memory, balance systems, ability to smell and taste, hearing, attention, speech and more than a person suffers.

Mr. Beecher fights voraciously against the illegal tactics of insurance companies and defense-contracted doctors so that Mr. Beecher’s clients can receive a verdict or settlement that provides them with the best care and quality of life in the future .

Mr. Beecher also does not take a case to trial without first making an effort to show the insurance company and defense attorney the true extent of his client’s injuries through objective evidence and give the insurance company an opportunity to do the right thing. Mr. Beecher routinely handles matters throughout the state of Texas, both at the state and federal levels. Mr. Beecher is also an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University School of Law for both law students and attorneys seeking a Master of Laws (LLM) in Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Mr. Beecher graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2005 after earning his BA in psychology from the University of Iowa in 2002. In 2005, Mr. Beecher also received a Masters in Alternative Resolution from Pepperdine University Disputes, Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution.
