JAMES CARESS

James Caress, Esq. is an experienced personal injury lawyer who brings a wealth of experience to the Arash Law Texas team. Mr. Caress showed an early interest in the law, participating in Trial Advocacy programs in high school and throughout college and law school. Foreshadowing his ability in the courtroom, James won the American Mock Trial Association national championship in 2011 and was named and All-American Attorney in 2013.

Mr. Caress earned his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), graduating with departmental and college honors. He then went on to study law at Loyola Law School, where he was a member of the school’s Byrne Trial Advocacy Team and placed first in National Board of Advocacy’s Tournament of Champions. While a law student, James took externships with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office and the Federal Public Defender’s Office.

James began advocating for the rights of the injured after law school and has significant experience in representing individuals injured by the recklessness and negligence of others. His varied background and commitment to zealous advocacy makes him a valuable addition to Arash Law Texas and will allow the firm to continue pursuing justice on behalf of the injured.
