According to police, a Fort Worth man identified as 43-year-old Juan P. Jr. was killed in a fatal DUI accident near Benbrook early Saturday morning, January 22, 2022.
The fatal crash happened around 2:00 a.m. on State Highway 183.
The 43-year-old man was traveling eastbound on State Highway 183 to enter I-20, according to Daniel Segura, a Fort Worth police officer and spokesperson.
Perez was killed when another vehicle traveling in the same direction rear-ended him.
The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office later identified Perez.
According to Segura, the other driver, Raymond H., 47, was arrested and charged with intoxication manslaughter.

Medical Examiner Bodwell pronounced Hermosillo and Corralez dead.
The Texas Department of Public Safety claims that evidence of Enriquez’s intoxication was discovered. He has now been charged with manslaughter due to intoxication.
The crash remains under investigation.
