An unidentified motorcyclist was killed in a fatal multi-vehicle collision in Arlington on Friday, January 28, 2022.
The fatal multi-vehicle collision occurred around 6:00 p.m. at Arkansas Lane and Center Street.
The Arlington Police Department responded to the crash scene after receiving reports of a four-vehicle crash.
According to investigators, a motorcycle driver traveling westbound on Arkansas Lane collided with a Dodge Charger turning left onto Center Street as he passed through the intersection.
Both the car and the motorcycle collided with a Ford Fusion that had stopped at a traffic light.
A Toyota Corolla stopped at the light also collided with the motorcycle.
The rider of the motorcycle was thrown from his vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
No one else was seriously hurt in the collision. Investigators believe speed played a role in the accident. No charges or citations have been issued as of yet.
Once the next of kin has been notified, the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office will identify the deceased.

When a loved one dies in a multi-car collision, many people struggle to cope with their grief and anger. The victim’s family can file a wrongful death lawsuit while the investigation is ongoing.
The cost of repairing car damages from accidents is high. If you are the victim of someone else’s negligence, you should not be held responsible for the financial consequences of that negligence. Unfortunately, insurance companies routinely undervalue claimants’ damages. As a result, consulting with an accomplished lawyer is highly recommended.
Depending on the circumstances, an attorney may be able to pay for everything from medical bills to funeral expenses, as well as for the victim’s family’s suffering and the money the deceased would have earned during their lifetime.
