A motorcyclist was seriously injured after a collision with a truck in central El Paso Monday, May 23, 2022.
The collision occurred just before 5:00 p.m. in the roadway from Pierce Street.
The motorcyclist was traveling north on Alabama when a pickup truck from Pierce entered the road, according to police.
Motorcyclist Gabriel O., 45, was seriously injured when he collided with a truck driven by Enrique C., 57, according to El Paso police.
According to police, both men were involved in the accident.
According to investigators, Ortiz’s high-speed driving and Hernandez’s failure to yield the right of way were both factors in the accident.
Special Traffic Investigators are assisting the investigation.
