[05-27-2022] Lubbock County, TX – Two People Seriously Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash in Lubbock

According to the Lubbock Police Department, one person was seriously hurt and another had moderate injuries after a crash in South Loop 289 Friday morning, May 27, 2022.

According to the LPD, the collision occurred at 7:30 a.m. near South Loop 289 and Slide Road.

Every single vehicle was told to stay away from the main lanes of the Loop.

According to the Police, the collision caused a vehicle to “travel onto the access road.”

There is no other information that can be provided at this time.

The investigation into the crash is still ongoing.
