[11-24-2021] Harris County, TX – Woman Killed in Auto-Pedestrian in North Houston

One unidentified female pedestrian was killed in an accident in north Houston on Wednesday, November 24, 2021.

The tragic accident happened around 2:45 p.m. on the 4400 block of North Freeway.

Initial reports indicate that a truck ran down a woman in the parking lot of a Walmart.

The officials pronounced the victim dead at the scene. The truck driver stayed at the location, and it’s unclear whether impairment played a role in the accident.

The details of both the victim and the driver will be disclosed once the family of the deceased is notified.

Local authorities are still investigating the accident.
