One 26-year-old man identified as Jacob Ethan R. was killed in a two-vehicle wreck in South Bexar County on Thursday, November 25, 2021.

The fatal crash happened around 5:00 a.m. on Loop 1604 between Highway 281 and Applewhite Road.
Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim crossed the double yellow lines on the road in his sedan and collided with an oncoming semitrailer head-on.
The officials pronounced the victim dead at the scene. It is unclear if the driver of the tractor-trailer was injured following the crash.
It has yet to be determined why the victim crossed into oncoming traffic.
Local authorities are still investigating the crash.
