One 63-year-old man identified as Mark B. and his passenger, 66-year-old woman Nancy. B were both killed in a fatal motorcycle crash in Taylor on a Sunday evening, December 5, 2021.
The accident happened just before 7:00 p.m. at the intersection of North State Highway 95, North Main Street, and Chandler Road where the Taylor Police Department responded.
A preliminary report indicates that a 27-year-old man, Dylan Wade W., collided with the 63-year-old victim, Mark B. on a motorcycle.
The Taylor Fire Department, along with the Emergency Medical Services of Williamson County, carried out lifesaving measures on the two victims. Unfortunately, both of them were pronounced dead at the scene despite life-saving efforts.
According to the reports, Weise did not yield to the victim’s motorcycle as he made a left turn in front of it.
Further investigation revealed that Weise was intoxicated at the time of the collision.
Weise was charged with two counts of intoxication manslaughter, a felony of the second degree.
