One unidentified pedestrian was killed after being struck by an oncoming car in the area of Bishop Arts on early Saturday, December 11, 2021.
According to the Dallas Police Department, the accident transpired at approximately 12:55 a.m. in the 300 block of West Davis Street.
According to police, the victim was struck by a black 2015 Nissan Titan traveling westbound in the center turn-only lane.
Authorities said the Nissan driver was arrested for intoxication manslaughter at the scene.
