One 30-year-old woman identified as Angienecka H. was killed following a two-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer near Longview on Monday night, December 13, 2021.
The crash happened around 10:00 p.m. on Interstate 20, about 2 miles east of Longview.
According to Texas Department of Public Safety spokeswoman Sgt. Jean Dark, the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to a preliminary report, westbound traffic was halted due to construction, and Harris collided with 48-year-old Shannon D. of Opp, Alabama, who was driving a tractor-trailer.
The 48-year-old driver was treated at the scene and released according to authorities.
