According to San Antonio police, one unidentified person was rushed to a hospital after a two-vehicle crash on Loop 1604 early Monday morning, December 20.
The two-vehicle crash transpired at approximately 2:20 a.m. between O’Connor and Judson Road on the city’s Northeast Side.
A man crashed his pickup truck into the back of another truck, causing it to roll off the highway, officials said. The man had to be cut out of his vehicle by firefighters.
The male driver was taken to Brooke Army Medical Center in stable condition, according to SAPD. The other driver did not sustain any injuries.
Alcohol was not a factor in the crash, according to officers. The call was answered by the San Antonio Police Department, San Antonio Fire Department, and San Antonio EMS.
Local authorities are still investigating the crash.
