A 36-year-old man identified as Rodrigo R. died in a multi-vehicle crash in Andrews County on Wednesday, November 3, 2021.
The deadly collision transpired at approximately 9:45 a.m. at the intersection of FM 181 and SH 176. Initial reports say that the vehicle occupied by the victim failed to yield at the spot intersection of FM 181 and SH 176.
This caused the towed unit of 58-year-old Howard H’s car to hit the victim and roll over. A third car driven by 60-year-old Pedro B. also struck the towed unit on Holder’s vehicle.
Holder and Benavidez reportedly sustained non-life-threatening injuries, and all three people, including the victim, were all wearing seatbelts at the moment of the crash. Local authorities are still investigating the crash.

Andrews County Car Accident Lawyer for Victims of Fatal Multi-Vehicle Crash
When a loved one dies suddenly in a multi-vehicle accident, it can be difficult to deal with the grief and anger that come with it. Wrongful death claims can be brought by the victim’s family while the investigation is ongoing. The cost of resolving automobile accidents can be high. On the other hand, you shouldn’t have to pay for someone else’s mistakes.
Unfortunately, insurance companies routinely undervalue claimants’ losses. Because of this, it would be in your best interest to hire a knowledgeable lawyer. Compensation for medical expenses, funeral costs, the victim’s family’s grief, the money a deceased person would have earned during their lifetime, and the loss of companionship can all be covered by an attorney’s fees.
