An unidentified elderly pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run crash in Duncanville on Tuesday, November 2, 2021.
The accident transpired at approximately 7:40 p.m. in the area of East Wheatland Road and South Cockrell Hill Road during a heavy rainstorm.
Officers responded to the scene of the accident and discovered a vehicle had struck an elderly woman in a wheelchair.
The driver did not stop and render aid. The identity of the elderly victim has yet to be disclosed. The police are still investigating the accident.
