One unidentified person was fatally struck by a vehicle in Southern Dallas on October 21, Thursday.
The accident happened around 7:35 p.m. in the 8500 block of S. Lancaster Road.
According to the police, the victim was crossing the lanes of traffic from east to west when the car traveling southeast in the left lane of traffic violently struck him.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene by the Dallas Fire-Rescue Department.
No information has been disclosed yet about the driver. Local authorities are still investigating the situation.
