Dallas County Wrongful Death Attorney for Victims of Fatal Two-Vehicle Collisions
The way wrongful death lawsuits are calculated is different from how an injury case is calculated. In a wrongful death lawsuit, the relationship between the departed and their surviving family members affects the result of the claim. In Texas, wrongful death vehicle accident claims can be made by immediate family members of the deceased, such as a spouse, child, or parent, who all can bring a complaint.
