[08-04-2021] El Paso County, TX – Motorcycle Crash on Doniphan Drive Injures One Person

At least one person was hurt after a traffic collision involving a motorcycle on Doniphan Drive on Wednesday afternoon, August 4.

According to the initial reports from local authorities, the accident happened on Doniphan Drive at the intersection of Los Mochis Drive. A truck allegedly struck a southbound motorcycle as the driver attempted to make a U-turn on the road.

The driver did claim that he was unable to see the motorcycle heading in the same direction. The truck driver remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. The motorcyclist sustained serious injuries from the mishap. He was rushed to an area hospital for treatment.

Information about the accident is limited at the moment. The identities of the involved parties have not been disclosed. Local authorities are further investigating the cause of the accident.
