According to the initial reports from local authorities, the accident happened on Southbound I-35 in Round Rock at around 4:30 a.m.
Three vehicles were involved in the collision, including a big rig. The circumstances leading up to the crash have not been established.
One person was killed as a result of the mishap. At least two other people were injured in the crash; their condition is currently unknown.
Information about the accident is limited at the moment. The identities of the involved parties have not been disclosed.
