[10-18-2021] Jasper County, TX - Woman Charged With Leaving The Scene of an Accident After Injuring a Man in Hibbett SportsOne unidentified man was injured after being struck by a woman identified as 24-year-old Yvette S. on October 18, Monday.

The collision happened around 8:00 p.m. in the parking lot of Hibbett Sports, where Sotelo struck the victim on his moped then drove away.

Sotelo was later found by the police and was charged with one count of leaving the scene of an accident.

The identity of the victim has not yet been disclosed, but he was treated for minor injuries at the scene. The victim’s moped was destroyed.
